Refund policy
We don’t offer returns and exchanges but we are happy to offer Store Credit depending on the case.
If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact info@mishajewelrystore.com within 24 hours of receiving the package to resolve the problem. Please include your order number along with a picture of the damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange policy
All purchases made on our website are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item we will happily replace your item and process a reshipment of the same item at no extra cost. We do not provide refunds in this case.
Order cancellation policy
Please be aware that all sales are final.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders or process refunds for change of mind once they have been fulfilled.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
